Northern Nevada Medical Center Achieves National Certification as a Gluten-Free Food Service Facility

Northern Nevada Medical Center and Sierra Medical Center (NNMC and SMC) have achieved re-certification as a Gluten-Free Food Service program. The food and nutrition staff met the rigorous standards and expectations for safety required to achieve this honor.
